- the VinylRest ABC Player version and build shown in About
- your macOS version and whether the Mac uses Apple silicon or Intel
- the exact error message displayed by the application
- the container, codec, sample rate, channel count and duration of A and B
- the shortest sequence of actions that reproduces the problem
Protect your recordings: do not send audio files, screenshots containing private paths, or copyrighted material unless VinylRest explicitly asks for a minimal diagnostic sample that you are allowed to share.
